14 days to change your mind
If you bought as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
How to do it
- Within 14 days of delivery, write to vyro.art@gmail.com with your order number, saying you wish to withdraw. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to.
- I will reply with the address to send the piece to.
- Ship it within 14 days of your message, in its collector’s box, with all accessories and the numbered certificate, well packed.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you. I recommend a tracked and insured service: until the piece reaches me, the transport risk is yours.
Your refund
I refund the price of the piece and the original shipping cost (up to the cost of standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used. I may hold the refund until I receive the piece or proof that you have sent it.
BuddyMelt is a delicate object: you can unbox it and look at it as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged or with signs of use beyond that, I may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
When withdrawal does not apply
Withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to order or personalised, such as BuddySoul. The legal guarantee and other statutory protections still apply to them.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty
Write to vyro.art@gmail.com with photos of the parcel and the piece: if you can, within 48 hours of delivery, so I can open a claim with the courier straight away. In this case all costs are on me and I will offer a replacement or a full refund.
In any case you always have the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
