1. Who sells
Pieces on vyro.it are sold by VYRO by Marco Ricciardulli, based in Milan (MI), Italy, VAT number IT14316671008, email vyro.art@gmail.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern purchases made on vyro.it. If you buy as a consumer, the protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and of the law of your country of residence also apply and prevail over any different clause. Before confirming your order I ask you to read and accept them.
3. The pieces
Each BuddyMelt is made and finished by hand in Italy. Small differences in colour, finish or size between pieces, and compared with the photos, are part of the handmade process and are not defects. The main features of each piece are described on its page.
4. Prices and shipping costs
Prices are in euro and are final: they include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order. For shipments outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
5. Order and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a piece is no longer available, I will let you know straight away and refund the full amount within 14 days.
6. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Wix and its payment providers: I never see or store your full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
Each piece ships within 15–20 days of purchase, in protective packaging inside its collector’s box. The delivery address and method cannot be changed after ordering. The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. When it arrives, check the parcel: if it is visibly damaged, accept it with reservation and write to me straight away with photos.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. How to do it, costs and refund times are explained on the Returns and refunds page. Withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to order or personalised, such as BuddySoul.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery. If a piece has a defect of conformity, write to vyro.art@gmail.com with photos: you are entitled to repair or replacement and, where these are not possible, a price reduction or refund. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by drops, knocks or misuse after delivery.
10. Commissioned pieces
Commissioned pieces and one-of-a-kind works such as BuddySoul are based on a direct agreement with you: timing, price and features are agreed in writing before work begins. The legal guarantee and other statutory protections still apply.
11. Intellectual property
BuddyMelt, the VYRO brand, and the images and texts on this site belong to VYRO by Marco Ricciardulli. Buying a piece does not grant the right to reproduce it or use it commercially.
12. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the more favourable protections of the law of your country of residence, and any dispute falls under the courts of the place where you live. First of all, though, write to me: I will do my best to find a solution together.
